Every build includes two rounds of revisions. We'd rather adjust it until it's right than hand over something you're not happy with.
Yes — completely. The domain is registered in your name, and you get full access and ownership of the site files. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
On a Plus or Pro care plan we fix it, including malware cleanup, at no extra charge. Without a plan, emergency recovery is $300.
No. But websites that aren't maintained get slow, insecure, and out of date within a year. We'll be honest with you about the risk either way.
50% to start, 50% when the site goes live. Care plans are billed monthly or yearly.
